Dr. Sharon Adams serves as a consultant to employers in various industries on topics relating to unconscious bias, emotional intelligence, diversity, inclusion, belonging and Restorative Conversations. Her work has been presented at the National Conference on Race and Ethnicity (NCORE), San Diego County Health and Human Services, the Western Region on American Affairs, and County of Orange Health and Human Services, among others.
She has over 20 years of experience in higher education serving as a Counselor and as a Dean of Student Services, where she has developed a particular interest in the implementation of forgiveness and reconciliation models in work environments. Her training entitled Organizational Forgiveness, is based on years of national and international research.
Dr. Adams is widely travelled and holds a Masters degree in Counseling and a Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership. Additionally, she is a certified Conflict Mediator, and is certified to administer both the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)

Ms. Kass-Moreno began practicing law in 1982. Her vast experience includes civil litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex business, employment and real estate matters, as well as handling a variety of insurance matters and claims. Ms. Kass-Moreno has been a credentialed mediator since 1999 with expertise in contract disputes, employment/workplace issues, personal injury/insurance claims, real estate and homeowner’s association matters and has conducted numerous, multi-party facilitations involving a wide range of challenging issues.
She is also a mediation/conflict management trainer for NCRC and the mentor for NCRC’s Credential Program. She has trained and/or provided customized workshops for many mediators currently practicing in San Diego. Laura Kass-Moreno’s years of experience provide her with the creative, strategic bandwidth to successfully mediate cases to resolution.
